Circuit switched Network: A dedicated line need to be established between the pears
Ex: Mobile Calls
Packet Switched Network: Transfer the Data in the form of Packets. Packets automatically routed to the Destination Address when the Packet is arrived then it will be reassembled in proper Data format
Ex: Data Transfer
Types of Data Transfer in Network
1. Unicast : 1 to 1
2. Multicast : 1to Many
3. Broadcast: Many to Many
